Six Nepalis swept away by flood in India

Six youths from Jajarkot district heading to India for employment after completing their +2 examination have been swept away by flood .

The incident came to light when one Dal Bahadur Singh, who was also going to India along with the victims, telephoned their family members about the incident. The six were swept by a flood and landslide on their way to Kedhar Dham.

The deceased have been identified as Abhi Bahadur Singh, 27, Ganesh Bahadur Singh, 20, Bakhath Bahadur Singh, 22, Dhirendra Bahadur Singh, 22, Birendra Bahadur Singh, 19, of Talegaun-4. The flood also swept away Hari Bahadur Singh, 18, of Talegaun-7.

All the deceased, except Abhi Bahadur Singh, who was studying B. Ed, had completed their +2 examination and were heading to India for employment.
