» Don Chari shot at in Kathamandu

An unidentified group of assailants attacked notorious don and UML Dhading district vice chairman Dinesh Adhikari alias Chari with Khukuris and shot at at Naikap, here on Friday night.

According to SSP Subodh Ghimire, Chari has only sustained bullet injury in his hand during the incident though he was attacked with motive to kill.

Police said that it has been searching the assailants.

According to police, Chari was attacked while he was on his way to Kathmandu from Dhading. A group of people have also followed him on the way.
